Don’t let her small stature fool you. Nicole is a force. She kept us on track and made sure everything was running along as planned. This was an emotional sale for me in that we were selling my mother’s home. I am not a fan of agents representing both sides of a deal but Nicole brought us a fully vetted buyer paying all cash that offered over asking price with no contingencies and closed without issues in short order. Wish I could use her to sell my house or find me a new one, but unfortunately, I do not live in her area.
